ZX-1 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

The Dakota ZX-1 ultrasonic thickness gauge is a fixed velocity ultrasonic material basic dual element thickness gauge ideal for material day after day.

ZX-1 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge can measure the thickness of various materials with accuracy as high as ± 0.001 inches, or ±0.01 millimeters with the ability to locate blind surface pitting and internal defects/flaws in materials

ZX series is the latest generation material thickness gauge with >120kHz FPGA timing. >150 volts square wave pulsar >0.63 to 914.4mm measurement range.
