Dakota ZX6 Data Logging ultrasonic thickness gauge accurately measures material thickness and the extent of corrosion of metals, ceramics, glass and most rigid plastics - from only one side. When operated in E-E Mode (Thru-Paint Mode), the coating is eliminated from the reading and the gauge will display only the thickness of the metal wall.
The ZX6-DL provides both pulse echo measurement mode and multi echo through paint mode for measuring material thickness or material with epoxy-based coatings & eliminate 0.0254 to 1.905mm the error of the coating without having to remove it. The ZX6-DL is a top of the line basic thickness gauge with adjustable gain & auto time dependent gain in both measurement modes.
ZX6-DL also offeres a datalogging for data storage with USB data download. Additionally, optional Bluetooth & serial RS 232 modules are offered.
