The STLOC10 Pathfinder Pipe & Cable Tracer based on SAF technology with a 3D array antenna is designed to provide the operators a cable route tracer that can be utilized for cable & pipe route locating in the most congested utility environment for long distance tracing of pipe or cables.
The high-power precision cable pipe locating system is ideally suited for precision route tracing of buried armored telecom, OFC, power cables & pipes installed at high depth and HDD installations of telecom fiber optical cable & power cables.
STLOC10 Pathfinder Pipe & Cable Tracer is a multi – frequency locator that provides the operators the option to add or delete frequency options based on field requirements ranging from 200Hz to 476.2kHz & higher to allow the operator choose low to high frequency most ideal for injecting into a specific utility locating environment. The user can configure up to 36 available frequencies.
The Pathfinder Transmitter provides up to 12 watts of output power when used with the Pathfinder Receiver provides the operator with the capability to perform medium to long distance tracing ranging up to 20 kms or even higher depending on cable type (attenuation) and transmitter option chosen and measure depth of utility. The 12 watt of power allows utilities even at higher depth of ≥ 5 meters to be located.
The Pathfinder STLOC10 with its large LCD display provides the operator compass based orientation, left-right arrow for guidance, live current measurement & cable depth with respect to buried cable being traced allowing the operator to trace a specific buried cable at walking speed with efficiency & accuracy.
The Pathfinder cable route locator is ideal for telecom companies, railways, oil/gas companies or industries with existing buried pipes & cables that require the route to be located for maintenance & operation activities.
