The STANONE Industrial fixed thermal cameras are for 24x7 Monitoring of industrial, electrical and fire & security applications, with alarm capabilities and analytics.

The key application requirements served, depending on the thermal camera model chosen, include condition monitoring of industrial process applications, monitoring of chemical and petrochemical refining installations such as rotary kilns, monitoring of electrical or critical equipment installations, automotive engine R&D or inspection and paint monitoring, Laser process manufacturing, Fire safety and perimeter intrusion monitoring. & etc.

STANONE Thermal Imaging camera series allows synchronisation between Multiple cameras to be configured for viewing of analytics or alarms on the same software monitoring platform.

The STANONE Thermal detectors has dynamic alarm system, which will notify the operator via email when threshold of temperature set by the user is triggered, detailed information of the abnormality will be provided by the camera wherein video & images with data can be viewed for further investigation.

Industrial thermal fixed cameras include high-resolution thermal imaging sensors, wide temperature ranges, real-time video streaming, and the ability to integrate with other network storage devices such as NVR, based on industry standard ONVIF platforms. Furthermore, SDK are available for further integration.

Perimeter security : Detecting and monitoring threats at the perimeter of industrial facilities.

Fixed thermal cameras also referred as Fixed IR Cameras based on thermal detectors can also be provided with custom body with air or water cooling for utilisation in high temperature environments, for temperature monitoring.

 

Fixed thermal camera offered are provided in three broad version options :

  1. Fixed industrial thermal cameras with auto focus, primarily for industrial process monitoring.
  2. Fixed industrial thermal cameras with fixed focus primarily for industrial process monitoring.
  3. High temperature industrial thermal cameras , upto 1500 degrees C, primarily for utilisation in plants such as steel, petrochemical.
  4. Fixed thermal cameras, in small form factor, non focusing.
  5. Fixed CCTV bullet type thermal cameras for perimeter intrusion and fire detection.
