SIFT640

The SIFT640 is an online ultra-high temperature industrial fixed thermal imaging camera designed for accurate, non-contact thermal monitoring across an ultra-wide temperature range of 0–2000°C, making it ideal for harsh and high-heat industrial environments. SIFT640 is equipped with a 640 × 512 uncooled VOx FPA detector with 12μm pixel pitch, the SIFT640 delivers high-definition thermal images and stable temperature data, enabling operators to detect overheating, process drift, refractory damage, and abnormal thermal patterns at an early stage—before they lead to unplanned downtime or safety risks.

The SIFT640 ensures consistent real-time visibility for control rooms, SCADA systems, and automation platforms with 25Hz synchronous output of thermal images and temperature data. The SIFT640 compact and lightweight industrial design, combined with optional air-cooled or water-cooled protective housings, allows reliable operation even in ambient temperatures up to 220°C, making it suitable for continuous, long-term installation in demanding locations.

The SIFT640 is purpose-built for process monitoring and condition-based maintenance across a wide range of applications, including:

  • Furnaces and kilns in steel, cement, glass, and ceramics industries for monitoring combustion zones, lining conditions, and temperature uniformity
  • Molten metal handling and casting lines, such as ladles, tundishes, and continuous casting machines, to detect hot spots and prevent breakout risks
  • Heat treatment and forging processes for real-time temperature control and quality consistency
  • Incinerators, boilers, and thermal reactors for flame monitoring, refractory inspection, and safety assurance
  • High-temperature manufacturing lines, where early detection of abnormal heat buildup helps prevent equipment damage and production losses

Supporting open network protocols, the SIFT640 enables seamless system integration and secondary development, making it well suited for OEMs, system integrators and Industry 4.0 environments. By combining ultra-high temperature capability, robust industrial design, and flexible connectivity, the SIFT640 provides a reliable thermal monitoring solution that enhances process stability, operational safety, and predictive maintenance efficiency.
