Fixed Gas Detectors Installed at Alok Industries for H2 Gas Detection
Posted by: Stanlay India

Fixed gas detectors are highly durable explosion proof, water & dust proof gas detectors which are installed at places where potential gas hazard exists to measure gases such as oxygen, toxic gas and combustible gas. The instrument can detect the concentration of pertinent gas and it provides alert to central office via alarm and visual display when the gas concentration exceeds predefined value. Communication to the controller is based on standard 4-20mA analog output communication. The fixed gas detector is available in options of O2, CO, H2S, SO2, NH3, H2 and Combustible gas.

Fixed Gas Detector
The Fixed gas detector supplied is for H2 concentration measurement and diagnostic result is displayed through its LCD display based on built in calibration mode. Communication to the controller is based on standard 4-20mA analog output communication or RS-485 digital communication. The measuring range for H2 detection is 1,000ppm. It can be used at places where potential gas hazard exits to measure gases such as oxygen, toxic gas and combustible gas (CH4, O2, CO, H2S, SO2, NH3, H2).
Fixed gas detector is air, dust and explosion proof and certified with TRTS certification from Russia. Fixed gas detector economical model without display and for monitoring LPG/LNG leaks in commercial kitchens are also available.

Fixed Gas Detector
Fixed Gas Receiver supplied along with Fixed gas detector is programmable within detection range. It is equipped with 3 coloured LED and F. N. D gas concentration display. Receiver is provided with easy zero calibration and built- in calibration mode and self-test mode.
